Navigate to @BotFather and create a new bot using /newbot command.

Step 2: Turn off privacy

Disable privacy settings to allow the bot to read messages in group chat: @BotFather

Step 3: Integrate with ChatMetrics

Navigate to the Bot Creation page within ChatMetrics App. Enter the bot name and bot token generated by @BotFather

Step 4: Start using ChatMetrics

To provide excellent customer support, you can either create chat groups with your customers and add the bot there, or have them start using the bot by sending the /start command.
