The service

ChatMetrics lets you connect a Telegram bot and reply to its conversations from a dashboard. Opening an account does not start a paid subscription: the product has no checkout.

Your bot

You need the right to use the bot token you paste. Telegram can change or refuse a bot; we do not control that. Do not connect a bot in order to send spam or to collect data you have no right to store.

The inbox

We store the conversations so you can read and answer them. We may remove an account that abuses the service or that we cannot keep online. Write to support@chatmetrics.bot before you rely on the inbox for a regulated process.
