What this covers

ChatMetrics is the inbox at chatmetrics.bot and app.chatmetrics.bot. This page says what we store when you open an account or when your customers write to a bot you connected.

Account

Registration stores the email and a password hash, and the name you enter. We use them to let you into the dashboard and to answer support mail.

Conversations

Messages that arrive to a connected Telegram bot are stored so the dashboard can show the thread. A photo is copied to our file storage and shown in the inbox. The bot token you paste is stored so we can call Telegram on behalf of that bot.

Site visits

chatmetrics.bot loads Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics. They set their own cookies. The dashboard is a separate application and is not covered by those counters.
